How to Register

Church or Organization Registration:

If your church or organization wishes to host the conference, please fill out the registration form. Please inform your attendees that they do not need to register individually if the church is hosting the event.

Learn how to host! Please select the "Host Guide" and "Hosting Tips" located on the right to help you prepare to host the conference.

We also have flyers available for you! Marketing materials are also located on the right. We have a full sheet (8.5 x 11") with detailed information and a half sheet (8.5 x 5.5") for host churches to use and promote attendance within their congregation and community. The half sheet (8.5 x 5.5") is a fillable form that allows a church to insert the name and address of the host site.

WELL RESOURCE APPLICATION PACKET (W.R.A.P.)

The Well Resource Application Packet (W.R.A.P.) provides conference details and a guide to healthier living for your church. It is designed to be a resource that you can refer to even after the conference has concluded.

We recommend printing the W.R.A.P. prior to the conference to use for note-taking during the speaker and clergy panel sessions. Additionally, the W.R.A.P. contains questions to engage your congregants in fruitful discussion.

Local event
