Drug misuse have long been public health crises that have plagued the United States for decades. Specifically, opioid misuse accounts for 50% of all overdoses in Texas, and is on the rise. We have provided regional and state level resources below.

Texas Health and Human Services created the Outreach, Screening, Assessment, and Referral (OSAR) service for individuals in need of information on local substance use services. OSAR can be the first step to help access substance use services.
